Hi, I’m CJ!

It ain’t easy being cheesy! I started this business at 19 on a complete whim, following my creative side post high-school. Since then, I have been welcomed into the greatest community, bringing people together with cheese!

Charcuterie by CJ offers luxury charcuterie grazing boards + tables for events big or small.

I am blessed to say that I truly love what I do. Thank you all so much for letting me share my art with your family and friends. It’s truly a privilege to be apart of so many special moments.

FAQ’s

  • Once you’ve selected your board, you will then select a pickup or delivery day/time. Please disregard the 30 minute appointment - your pickup/delivery time is the time you selected!

    If you’d like to order multiple boards, please order separately. You are still able to select the same pickup/delivery time.

  • A variety of meats and cheese accompanied by seasonal fruits, vegetables, dips, jams, honey, olives, and nuts. Crackers come on the side.

  • Yes! After selecting your desired board, choose the delivery option in add-ons.

  • Yes it can, however I highly recommend picking up the same day as your event!

  • I highly recommend 48 hours, but if you know your event date it’s never too early to place your order!

  • Charcuterie by CJ is located inside Main Street Cellar in Olde Towne Elkhorn (downtown Elkhorn) at 2714 North Main St. Elkhorn, NE 68022.
